use ZeroSSL fallback for git.database.pizza
Let's Encrypt's multi-perspective validators fail to resolve the host through Namecheap's authoritative DNS even though the record is correct and resolves everywhere else. Set the ACME account email so Caddy falls back to ZeroSSL, which issues successfully.
